Payments

If you are 18 years old, you do not have to do anything. The treatments are fully reimbursed by basic insurance. Our bills are taken care of by Infomedics If you have additional insurance, Infomedics will submit your invoice to your insurer on our behalf. If you are not reimbursed for part of the amount, you will receive an invoice with the remaining amount. You must then pay the remaining amount to Infomedics. You will receive the invoice from Infomedics by e-mail. Therefore, make sure that we have the correct information about you. Add the email address [email protected] to the list of safe senders so that the bill does not end up in your spam box. The email contains a link to the payment page for that account. There you can pay the bill with iDEAL and download it as a PDF. Do you have a question about your invoice? On www.infomedics.nl/question-en-answer you will find some frequently asked questions and information. For treatments above €250.00, you will receive a budget for the treatment. This allows you to inquire with your insurance company whether you will receive compensation and how much this compensation will be.

No insurance?

Even if you are not insured, you are very welcome in the practice. In that case, the treatment must be paid for at the counter after completion of the treatment.
