On your own initiative
Do you not yet have a dental hygienist or are you looking for a new practitioner? Then you can make an appointment with us immediately, without a referral from the dentist. Even if a dental hygienist already works in your dentist's practice, you are free to choose a different practitioner.
Referred
Have you been referred to us by your dentist or a specialist? Then it would be nice if you had your patient file, including X-rays, emailed to us. Due to privacy legislation, we are not allowed to request your file ourselves. Your data can be forwarded to the following email address:

Are you a dentist, periodontist, orthodontist, general practitioner, speech therapist, acupuncturist, midwife, physiotherapist, skin therapist or other healthcare specialist and are you interested in collaboration? We would like to get in touch with you to discuss the possibilities for collaboration.
Dental practice
In addition to my role as owner of Mondzorg Prevention Pro, I have enjoyed working as a dental hygienist at Bydorp Tandartsen en - Mondzorgcentrum Meerzicht for more than five years. Together with my colleagues, we regularly hold multidisciplinary meetings to ensure the best approach for optimal care.
Collaboration with your dentist
In order to provide you with the most optimal care, a multidisciplinary approach is regularly required. Good communication with your dentist is essential to be able to coordinate my treatment plan with your dentist's treatment plan. With your permission, I will send a report of my findings to your dentist after each treatment.
